Do you travel to the signer?
Yes. Mobile appointments are available throughout Las Vegas and surrounding Clark County, subject to scheduling and travel distance.
Can you notarize online?
Yes, for eligible documents and signers. Remote online notarization uses a secure platform with live audio-video communication and identity verification.
What identification do I need?
Acceptable identification depends on Nevada law and the circumstances of the notarization. Contact us before your appointment if your ID is expired, missing, damaged, or unusual.
Can you tell me which notarial certificate I need?
A notary cannot choose a notarial act for you when doing so would amount to legal advice. Ask the document recipient or a licensed attorney when you are unsure.
Can you prepare legal documents for me?
Yes. Cornerstone is registered with the Nevada Secretary of State as a Document Preparation Service, Registration #NVDP20267199225, valid through August 20, 2027. Services are limited to document preparation and do not include legal advice, legal representation, or choosing legal strategy for you.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Spanish-language service is available, Spanish-language customer service is available.
Do you provide witnesses?
Witness requirements depend on the document and requested service. Ask when booking so the requirements and availability can be confirmed.
