Notarization
A notary may decline or stop a notarization when legal requirements are not met, identity cannot be satisfactorily established, the signer is unwilling or unable to proceed, or the notary has another lawful reason to decline.
Document preparation
Cornerstone is registered with the Nevada Secretary of State as a Document Preparation Service, Registration #NVDP20267199225, valid through August 20, 2027. Document preparation does not include legal advice or legal representation.
Third-party acceptance
Clients are responsible for confirming that the receiving organization will accept the notarization format, electronic document, other service requested.
Pricing
Pricing should be confirmed before service. Travel, platform, printing, courier, witness, after-hours, or other lawful service charges may apply when disclosed in advance.
